【導讀】TriQuint半導體公司近日發(fā)布了兩款最新雙匹配低噪聲放大器---TQP3M9039、TQP3M9040，非常適合用于平衡高性能的射頻設計配置。該放大器提供低噪聲、高線(xiàn)性度和平衡輸出。

這些集成的低噪聲放大器為高線(xiàn)性度，提供了非常低的噪聲系數以及高輸出，并包括用于時(shí)分雙工(TDD)和頻域雙工(FDD)應用的自動(dòng)關(guān)閉功能。作為在基站、塔頂放大器和中繼器的第一級低噪聲放大器，他們都是優(yōu)秀的選擇 。
